Refund and Return Policy for Baby Care Items

As a small, sustainability focused company, we are proud to offer a 14-day return policy on any item that is damaged, defective or doesn't match the description it was listed as. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return as long as it meets our guidelines.(*)

Please review the following guidelines before submitting a return:

• We only accept returns and process refunds for items that are damaged, defective or do not match the description it was listed as
• If an item is returned due to damage, but upon inspection no damage is found, the customer will be refunded minus the shipping fees Kidsy paid to have this item returned
• If an item you receive is missing a component, the team will work to deliver the missing part/parts if available, before starting a return
• We do not guarantee compatibility or sizing for any item (e.g. car seats, adapters, strollers, swaddles, jackets, swings etc). Please check the make, model and sizing of your order in order to establish compatibility
• If you have a change of heart or change of mind, we are unable to process a return
• Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it, re-route or change the address
• If you reject a shipment delivery and re-route it back to us without prior written approval from Kidsy, we will deduct the shipping fees incurred to us at the time of refund
• Item(s) must be sent back using the return label provided by us
• Item(s) must be in the original condition they were sent and all original packaging must be included
• Item(s) must be shipped to us within 4 days of receiving your return label
• The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of the return request and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests
• If we do not hear from you within 14 days of receiving your order, we assume you were satisfied with your order. After 14 days, you assume full responsibility and liability for the product.
